A new approach to Radiation Protection Training
Welcome to Radiation Protection
Medical Ionising Radiation has been used for more than 120 years to effectively diagnose and treat patients; as technology advances and radiological procedures increase, higher doses of radiation are used and while complex medical imaging procedures can be necessary and even lifesaving there are known risks from radiation doses above a certain level.
Comprehensive Radiation Protection Training is an effective method of providing “… adequate education, information, theoretical and practical training” (EURATOM 2013/59) for staff, patients and the public. Combine flexible online learning modules with practical demonstration videos, course lectures and webinars which can be accessed for repeat viewing at anytime.
